Description
Luthier's Figured Walnut Cutaway Mahogany back and top Dreadnought guitar kit. The kit comes with everything that you need to build a D28 Cutaway Dreadnought except for the tuners, truss rod, and guitar strings. The kit comes with a beautiful Figured Walnut back and side set sanded to .095". The sides, and back are cut from the same billet of wood so they are a perfect color, grain, and figure match. A 5A Sitka top sanded to .135". The kit also comes with a Indian Rosewood finger board fret slotted to 25.4" scale and your choice of 16 or 12 degree radius, steel string fret wire, a Indian Rosewood bridge with MOP inlay, prebent Bubinga binding, Bubinga rosette, and a Walnut headplate veneer. Black/white/black purfling for the top, 3 sticks of sitka bracewood, a Mahogany scarf joint neck blank, Mahogany head block, tail block, side bracing, Maple bridge plate, bone nut and saddle, and ebony bridge pins and end pin. The kit also comes with full scale dreadnought blueprints with bracing pattern and 4 sticks of mahogany standard cut kerfing.
