Up for Auction Today is a Very Cool Ludwig Set with that Hard to Find 26" Bass Drum. All blue & olive badges are in the 222XXXX range, designating a matched set from the factory and not put together. Kick is 26", Toms are 14", 15", 16" and the Floor-Tom is 20"! Talk about BIG!!! BANG!!! BOOM!!! Shells are all 6-ply hard rock maple. Set has been used and will clean up to an 8.5/10. A couple of dings here and there keep the chrome covering from being perfect. The 20" bottom hoop on the floor-tom is missing. 3 floor-tom legs, 2 spurs and a tom mount will also be included although not shown. The bass drum hoops can be used as is but I would replace as they are pulled (out of round) in a couple of places. One of the hoops still has its nice original silver sparkle inlay. My suggestion is to get in touch with either Precision in NY or Jack Lawton in PA and have either of them make you 2 new Keller black maple hoops with silver sparkle inlays. Also, you could have them add bottom hoops to the 14, 15 or 16 if desired. The possibilities with this set are endless. It should provide its new owner with alot of good memories to come!
