Made in Philadelphia. Great for Civil War re-enactment Bands. Top action rotary valves. Horn is in pretty good condition but could use some work.There is a little rust area on the rim of the bell. Horn has great potential. Third valve is stuck but can be fixed.. All slides work. Slight dents on the horn.
