The Japanese handcrafted premium acrylic body with 3-dimensional JEM multicolor design is striking enough in the daylight, but the body can be illuminated by 8 internal green LEDs behind the bridge pickup. The lights are activated by a push/pull pot on the tone control. Pickups are made in the U.S.A. TransJems, designed and manufactured by DiMarzio® exclusively for the JEM 20TH guitar to provide optimum performance with its dense acrylic body.
