The original owner now owns a different instrument and this cello is now being sold privately. This is an excellent instrument for advanced students who want to reach a professional career. This instrument has accompanied the original owner to numerous competitions, recitals, and summer camps all around the world. The instrument is very well cared for, it has never flown in the cargo hold in an airplane (it always had a seat). There are no cracks or previously repaired cracks anywhere on the cello. A bow is included with the purchase. The bow weighs a bit on the heavier side so it provides a big sound and it’s easier to grip the strings. This is an excellent choice if you prefer a heavier bow. Detailed Specification: • French cello • The two-piece back is of medium flamed maple. • The ribs and the scroll are from the same wood. • The two-piece table is of irregular grained spruce. • The shaded varnish is dark golden brown in color. • There are no cracks/or any damage on this instrument.
