It has the most fascinating back on a Fantozzi I have ever seen. It is a quilted maple 1 piece back cut to create a stunning 3D effect. The Varnish is a dazzeling Cremona Red/Orange on a Golden Ground. As seen in the pics the violin has some antiquing done by Fantozzi. Most of the cracks on the top I find are faux. Fantozzi, Bisiach and so many more immitated famous 18c violin makers down to the "T" when it comes to age spotting or hairlines. The true repaired hairlines I see are Upper right bout  hairline repair, lower right bout, 2 wing repairs, 1 endpin hailine repair, left bottom bout hailine repair, heel small indentation repair. It tried to make sure I got all angles of the violin for your inspection. I SEE NO SOUNDPOST CRACKS! All repairs are stable and look to be decades old. The violin has lots of age spotting on the back along with varnish seperatiom from years of playing and sweat. The violin feels very powerful and colorful all the same time. It is a well balanced high energy violin.
