"THIS DOES NOT EFFECT THE NECK AT ALL" I had this neck on a 67strat body for 12years with heavy strings(11's) NO PROBLEM!!!!  Had neck checked out because of no fender decal,,,IT'S THE REAL DEAL!!!!"PLAYS LIKE A DREAM" BUT I FOUND MY STRAT NECK...So it's time to say 'Bye-Bye' plus it will look better on a vintage tele body.......>>>.PEACE-OUT<<<.
