Nice condition, not abused, but not pampered, you'd have to be really sharp to spot that it's a refinish. Yup, it looks so good and nice. The Slab-Board Brazilian Rosewood Fingerbord Neck looks and feels great...the pickups and pickguard are from a 70s Jazzmaster, and it sure does sound sweet. Pots date late 1960 and are solid shaft. The neck shows a date of February 1961, but it probably originally had no date. Serial Number is 59XXX  If you don't have $14,000 to $17,500 to spend for an original Custom Color 61 Jazzmaster, this is a nice way to go. You won't be so nervous when you take it out to play, and if you didn't know, you'd think this beauty was original. Case is an original Fender Jazzmaster late 1963 early 1964 White (Faded to Cream) case. This guitar is not an original $17,000 Custom Color Jazzmaster, but the body and neck and neck plate, and Tuners, and Tremolo and hardware are from a 1961 Jazzmaster...it is ready to play and enjoy immediately and needs nothing...you will not be disappointed in the condition or play of this fine quality built guitar.
