It has a total length of 925 km (575 miles), and once marked the Western border of the Holy Roman Empire.This piece of sheet music is from of a lot of 47 songsheets and songbooks that I recently purchased from a man in England. The music came from a satchel that belonged to his great-great grandmother, who was originally from Belgium. As the story goes, she met an Englishman during World War One, and they returned to England after the war and were married. The satchel had been stored in an attic since the 1960s, and all the music is from WWI or earlier. The majority of the songsheets were published in Belgium, with a couple from Paris and London. You have to see some of these other sheets: there are military pieces, national hymns, historical stuff - an amazing discovery! This piece is complete and in good condition with taped spine and light wear.
