QUALITY, DW CAMCO STYLE, CUSTOM MADE, MAPLE DRUM SET W/ PADDED CASES Circa late 1980s   THIS USED, QUALITY, DRUM SET WAS CUSTOM MADE BY MITCH GREENBERG AND BISON DRUM COMPANY, Circa late 1980s.   MADE IN A DRUM WORKSHOP / CAMCO STYLE, THEY ARE 10 PLY KELLER MAPLE SHELLS AND HAVE A DEEP, RICH WALNUT STAIN INSIDE AND OUT AND A LUSTROUS LACQUER FINISH.  BEARING EDGE IS 45 DEGREES (similar to the original Camco drums).  ALL DRUMS WERE FITTED WITH ORIGINAL, VINTAGE CAMCO LUGS AND CONVERTED TO SPRINGLESS RECEIVERS. THEY HAVE GRETSCH, CHROME PLATED, DIE CAST HOOPS.  ALL MOUNTED HARDWARE IS RUBBER INSOLATED.  NOTE:  IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO CAPTURE TRUE BEAUTY OF THE FINISH IN THE PICTURES.  ALL DRUMS HAVE IDENTICAL, HIGH-QUALITY LACQUER FINISH.   USED FOR STUDIO AND LIVE PERFORMANCE, THE DRUMS PERFORM BEAUTIFULLY AND ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION BUT REQUIRE NEW HEADS.  EACH DRUM COMES WITH A QUALITY PADDED CASE, MADE BY BOBADILLA CASE COMPANY INC aka BC INC.  THE PADDED CASES ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND HAVE THICK, CLEAN, SOFT PADDING.  THE DRUMS WERE ALWAYS STORED IN PADDED CASES AND THEN IN ATA FLIGHT CASES, (ATA flight case picture is for reference only.  The ATA flight case is NOT included, but is currently available in a separate auction).  NO HARDWARE IS INCLUDED EXCEPT WHAT IS MOUNTED ON DRUM AND SHOWN IN PICTURES.  PLEASE REVIEW PICTURES AND ASK QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING.     SPECIFICATIONS: BASS DRUM:  16” x 20”, Gretsch chrome plated die cast hoops, 730P Pearl bass drum spurs and BT-1 Pearl tom-tom bracket FLOOR TOM:  16” X 16”, Gretsch chrome plated die cast hoops MOUNTED TOM:  10” X 12”, Gretsch chrome plated die cast hoops, BT-1 Pearl tom-tom bracket   ABOUT BISON DRUM COMPANY Made in America.  Professional rock drummer, Mitch Greenberg, founded Bison Drum Company in 1980 when he was dismayed with the sound quality of mass-produced drums.  Looking for a brighter, definable, consistent sound and a drum with a striking and durable finish, Bison Drum Company came into being.  Specializing in rock and symphonic genres and located in Wheeling, Illinois, Bison’s over twenty years of experience creates instruments of the highest quality.   Used for recording and live performance by a professional musician, all instruments have been routinely maintained with the highest standards.  Musician’s identification symbol may appear on select items.  This retired professional musician is liquidating all inventories so watch for my other upcoming offerings, snare drums, cymbals, full drum sets, cases and many other things.   All sales final.  Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.     Payment by PayPal only.  Paypal payments must be received within 3 days of auction closing date.    Shipping and handling will be via UPS (United Parcel Service) and is $94.95.  Shipping ONLY to 48 contiguous United States.  Insurance is optional and highly recommended and I will pay ½ cost of the insurance.    SAVE MONEY, PICK-UP is available at 2 locations; Carol Stream, Illinois, 5 minutes west of IL-355 (aka Veterans Memorial tollway and North-South tollway) at the North Ave exit; OR in Morton Grove, Illinois, 10 minutes east of IL-294 (Tri-State tollway) at Touhy Ave exit OR 5-10 minutes west of IL-94  (Edens expressway) at Touhy Ave exit.
