The bedroom level knob is a rheostat which adjusts your amp's output from minus 7.2 dB to minus 30 dB. I purchased this unit new and only used it in my house with my Top Hat Emplexador (a really LOUD amp at full throttle).  It comes with the original instructions. Shipping in the continental US only.
