Overall, it looks great, functions perfectly, and sounds fantastic! Comes with 2 necks (one straight, one curved), neck strap, and mouthpiece - all in hard shell case. The case is also in great shape, but the middle clasp is broken. The other 2 heavy duty claps work perfectly, so the middle clasp is not needed (and is not noticeable).  Thanks!
