The pans are gently used and have never been dropped to our knowledge.  They have not been tuned since purchased.  The notes are marked on the drums, but can be removed if desired.  The stand is functionable (if somewhat crude) and can be shipped separately at a cost of $20 if you want it.  Shipping for the pan itself is $60.00, domestic only.  Instruction books with CDs, as well as mallets, will be included.
