They were identical in all regards and only a few months different in age, one being an early year 2000 and this one a late 1999. Both were hand picked and maintained by Baldwin's Artist relations team. would regularly loan extraordinary instruments to some of the finest composers and performers in the world. This practice is used to promote the prominence of the Baldwin brand in the world of music. Since this piano was going to represent the Baldwin name, only the finest instruments were chosen from their inventory.
