Put it on, turn the thumbscrew and you're away! Need a bit more tension? Take the black rubber bit off (the one that sits on the back of the neck) and turn it round and 'Hey Presto!' - more tension. Tighten the screw - 'woohoo!' - More tension! Ideal for guitars with high actions, and also for 12 strings.
