There is a crack on the head joint, it is a tight crack and does not seem to leak. There are 6 keys and 6 open holes. The end cap is missing. There are a few small nicks but no major cracks or deep scratches to the body. Cork and pads look good. Comes with the original case, it is missing the hinges. Overall length is 11 1/2".
