Serial number is 9756, dating this to 1888. Comes with the original leather case, case is missing the handle. The cornet does have some dings and dents on the body and bell, nothing too major though. One slide moves freely but the rest are tight. The valves are sticky so they will need some work and repair to the cork. One of the spit valve tips is missing and will also need repair. Comes with a Conn-Alto mouthpiece but the lead pipe extender is missing. Overall a neat antique horn for your collection or repair. With a little work this can be brought back to be a great horn.
