It was stamped, "Almost Perfect" on the soundhole label, denoting it as a second. It is not covered by a factory warranty but it does not come with the pictured Alvarez DC-1 case for FREE. The case alone costs almost $100.00. Unlike many guitars I offer on Ebay, this guitar needed no repairs. It just needed a good setup to make it play well. The neck is straight, the frets aren't worn, and the guitar is immaculate and damage free. Remember, this guitar is made from all solid tone woods.
