For this reason, this organ would be classified by a musician as either a rehearsal organ or a house organ for a student.  This 305-B originally sold for about $35K in the mid 1980's.  The present value of this organ is somewhere about 8% of this figure; nevertheless, I will accept whatever is bid.  Full payment is required within 7 days after the auction has concluded.
