The case is labeled Le Blanc as well and it has one latch broken.  All the pieces are also marked Leblanc the first fingering piece is the only one with "Symphonie Model" and the  # 2675  is hidden on the back side right at the base of the connection piece,Hopefully I have answered any questions that may arise but if one does come up don't hesitate to askGood Luck !!
