There is mother of pearl inlay on the headstock and in the circles between the frets. The design on the back IS NOT wood inlay.  The neck of the banjo has been repaired where the neck meets the headstock and the tension hoop has become detached. We are not sure but we believe it comes with the original case. Seven strings and a variety of different picks are additionally included. Dimensions: 34" (L) x 13.25" (W) x 3.25" (H)   We are not sure the make or model of the banjo outside that it is a tenor.
