See more about 'AMPEG B12 N PORTA FLEX - MID 60s' Description From Ampeg its the classic vintage B12 N Porta Flex bass amp  .  Made in the mid 60's the B12 N  is legendary for awesome tone whether it be live or studio  !  Recently checked out and by my tech its ready to rock and sounds incredible !  There are minor tolex tears and worn spots that are visible in pics , the pics are very revealing and honestly the amp looks better in person than in pics ! Production date appears to be 1964 or 65 , the speaker has been replaced with what looks like could be a Fender Utah 12 .  Original speaker jack  is not functional and an extra pin jack has been added , speaker cord jack has also been replaced and works perfectly with cab pin jack . One latch is missing and top back corner guards also are gone . Handle is original but wrapped in duct tape . Outside of the minor issues this amp is in great condition both cosmetically and electronically and I positive you will be satisfied .
