DeSylva, music by Larry Spier, published by Chappell-Harms, Inc., New York, 1925.  This sheet is in very good condition - minor stress line at bottom left croner tip - one clsed tear neat top of spine with a minor acid free tape repair inside - two stain spots on back cover - bled through to inside.  These small format sheets are NOT trimmed - they do not quite fit on my scanner.  Please go to my me button for additional information on collectibles we are offering!   PLEASE leave positive feedback - I always do.
