Although it DOES check out as a Verified Brazilian Rosewood Fretboard on the Guitar maniacs Brazilian rosewood checker, I do not believe it is. The guitar has a Huge 59’ Neck (Not too big like the R-4’s but is on the big side of the 59’ Profile) Plays and sounds great! It sounds Like a 59’ Les Paul Jr. on Steroids (in a good way), It is warm, aggressive and Full sounding. The condition is: Brand NEW, Mint, with every piece of case candy a 2003 can come with.
