It was played some but was very well taken care of and is in wonderful condition.   This extremely rare 37 year old slab bodied bass has never been messed with. All parts are totally original. It comes with the original Fender Telecaster Bass owner’s manual hang tag.   The neck date is June 1971…and it’s a “C” profile. It sounds and plays awesome on original frets that look like they are brand new.   The potentiometer codes read 16th week of 1971. The single coil pickup measures 6.46 k ohms at the output jack.   The bass weighs in at 9 lbs 7.4 oz and will ship in its original hard black tolex case.     Just a reminder…it’s a LEFTY!   This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION!     The instrument pictured below is the instrument that you are bidding on.   There is no expressed or implied warranty since this is a “pre-owned” guitar.
