This guitar is in excellent plus condition. It is 100% original with no changes or modifications. The ES 340 is essentially a 335 with a three piece maple neck and a different wiring schematic. The  ES 340TD is wired to allow for out of phase configuration. The toggle switch was wired by Gibson to be OFF/ Both in Phase / Both out of Phase. The blend of pickups is adjusted with the volume and tone controls. These guitars were a very limited production. According to Larry Meiners book "Gibson Shipping Totals" there were only 154 produced in natural in 1971  production year. This is probably the nicest example you will find out there. This guitar is from a collection and was in it's case for years! Comes with a beautiful original purple liner hard shell case. Don't miss this opportunity to purchase this fine instrument.
