Shapiro Bernstein & Co. Music Publishers.  Copyright 1925. Measures 12-1/4" by 9-1/4".There are 5 pages. Condition: Age wear.This is intact(except for 3-1/2" at bottom of spine edge) and in nice shape with only minor wear to edges.Front is yellowed and does have a couple stains from handling.Back is yellowed with handling stains also but minor.Inside pages are yellowed but in good shape with only one small rip about 1/2" on inside page.Otherwise I found no other rips, writing or creases inside.Writing on outside front is name about the title in ink.Overall a nice collectable.
