Bellarosa* ' Description This is very rare small italian violin, LOB  - 339 mm.  The label inside reads:VITTORIO BELLAROSA LIUTAIO NAPOLI CAV RODOLFO FREDI DI ROMA FECE l'ANNO 1936 IN NAPOLI Signed: Vittorio Bellarosa, 1936, Napoli. The violin is in very good condition. No cracks or repairs. The seam on the back has been restored. The violin has a beautifully flamed two-pieces back with similar ribs and scroll.  The pictures I've provided below are quite large in an attempt to show as much detail as possible (so please give them a chance to load), but still not large enough to defeat the inherent graininess of computer imaging. They hardly do justice to the beauty and craftsmanship of this extraordinary violin. The violin is in an excellent shape, and finest playing condition; being recently completely set up, and adjusted by professional luthier. High quality ebony fittings and new bridge were installed. The tone is even across the strings and well focused; powerful and exceptionally responsive. It projects great and with admirable sustain.
